Client updates
Preparing a draft client update from defined matter information, with checks on source support, certainty and the intended message.
PRENDOCO WORKFLOW PROOF SPRINT
A paid, two-week engagement for small legal teams already using approved AI tools.
We examine your current process, develop and test a structured working method, and help your team decide whether the change is worth keeping. Your lawyers retain legal judgement and approval throughout.
One recurring task · Up to three users · Approximately two weeks

An AI-assisted draft may arrive quickly. Checking its sources, correcting the wording and preserving the intended position can still take considerable time.
Different people may approach the same task differently. Review may be repeated. Corrections may introduce further changes. The team may struggle to establish whether AI is improving the whole process.
The Workflow Proof Sprint examines one task from beginning to end, including the human work required to prepare, check, correct and approve it.
A Sprint may be useful when:
The Sprint is designed for small law firms, legal teams and practice groups already using an approved AI tool.
A suitable starting point has:
You do not need to redesign your whole practice. We begin with one bounded task.
The fit conversation establishes whether your task is suitable. Examples include:
Preparing a draft client update from defined matter information, with checks on source support, certainty and the intended message.
Turning meeting notes into a draft action summary or email, with verification of decisions, responsibilities and unresolved points.
Drafting or reviewing recurring English-language communications while preserving the lawyer’s intended legal and commercial position.
Preparing a comparison of defined documents or clauses, with source references and lawyer review of identified changes.
Your lawyers define the substantive positions and approve the work. Prendoco designs and tests the process around AI use.
We examine the current task: inputs, tools, participants, handoffs, checking and corrections. We agree what would count as a worthwhile improvement.
We define the AI’s permitted role, prepare instructions and supporting templates, and establish the relevant human checks, escalation and approval steps.
We test representative examples, record problems and refine the method. We assess the whole task, including review and rework.
The participating users try the workflow. We observe whether it is understandable, practical and suitable for their work.
You receive the working guide and findings. Together with the legal owner, we assess whether to retain, change or stop the proposed method.
The engagement runs over approximately two calendar weeks from an agreed start, once the necessary inputs, permissions and participants are available.
The Sprint gives your team a bounded opportunity to assess a change before committing to wider implementation.
Discuss your task →We agree the primary measure and the required standard of work before testing.
Depending on the task, we may examine:
The findings explain the examples tested, the conditions and the limitations. A faster output is useful only if the required standard is preserved.
The Sprint does not guarantee time savings. A finding that the method needs changing—or should not be adopted—is also a useful result.
Prendoco starts with your task and existing approved AI environment. Tool suitability, permissions and information-handling arrangements are confirmed before work begins.
Legal-AI providers may already offer relevant implementation support. The fit conversation considers what help you have available and whether an independent engagement adds value.
Your lawyers remain responsible for substantive legal judgement and approval. Prendoco provides workflow design and implementation support; it does not provide legal advice or certify legal correctness or regulatory compliance.
The Sprint brings together workflow diagnosis, design, testing and practical competence development.
The Prendoco Workflow Playbooks provide supporting principles and examples. Workflow Studio is an evolving prototype that may support structured testing and records where appropriate.
You do not need to purchase a Playbook or adopt Workflow Studio to commission a Sprint.
Explore the Prendoco Workflow Playbooks →The Sprint is a paid engagement covering one recurring task and up to three users.
Following the fit conversation, you receive a written proposal confirming the task, deliverables, participants, timing, fee and payment terms.
Additional workflows, users, integrations or wider implementation are scoped separately.
Discuss your task →The starting point is your existing approved tool. We confirm whether it can support the proposed task. Software licences are not included in the Sprint.
No. We begin with a short fit conversation. A separate orientation may be useful in some circumstances, but it is not a compulsory step before the Sprint.
Your legal owner and participating users need to explain the current process, provide suitable examples, participate in testing and review the findings. The expected involvement is agreed in the proposal.
Information-handling arrangements must be agreed before material is shared or used. Do not submit client documents through the contact page. We first establish the appropriate environment, permissions and boundaries.
It combines practical implementation with guided user practice. The engagement produces a working method and findings for one task.
We explain the result, limitations and reasons. The legal owner can decide whether to change the approach or stop. Improvement is tested rather than guaranteed.
Your team can retain the working method where appropriate. If further implementation or support would be useful, it is discussed and scoped separately.
Tell us what your team currently does, which AI tool it uses, and where checking, corrections or inconsistency create difficulty.
We can arrange a 30-minute conversation to assess whether a Workflow Proof Sprint is a useful fit.
Discuss your task →Please do not include confidential client information or upload case documents.
