Terms for purchasing, accessing and using the Prendoco Workflow Playbook V3.

By purchasing, accessing or using the Playbook, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the Playbook.
Personal professional use only.
Purchase grants a limited licence to use the Playbook. It does not transfer ownership of the Playbook, workflows, scripts, examples or methodology.

About the Playbook
Welcome to the Prendoco Workflow Playbook V3 ("Playbook").
The Playbook is a digital educational resource that provides workflow frameworks, workflow scripts, validation methodologies, examples and related materials designed to support professional workflows involving artificial intelligence tools.
The Playbook is intended to assist users in applying structured Human → AI → Human workflows.
The Playbook does not provide legal advice.
Licence Grant
Upon purchase, Prendoco grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Playbook for your own professional or internal business purposes.
This licence is granted to a single purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Prendoco.
Permitted Use
You may:
- Access and use the Playbook for your own professional work.
- Use the workflows within your own practice or business.
- Adapt workflow outputs for your own matters and projects.
- Print reasonable copies for your personal use.
Restricted Use
You may not:
- Share access credentials with others.
- Distribute, reproduce or republish the Playbook.
- Sell, licence or sublicense the Playbook.
- Upload the Playbook to public websites, repositories or AI training datasets.
- Create competing products derived substantially from the Playbook.
- Remove copyright notices or ownership information.
- Share workflow scripts, examples or supporting materials with third parties except as reasonably required for your own internal work.
Intellectual Property
The Playbook and all associated materials, including workflows, workflow structures, scripts, examples, text, graphics and methodology, remain the intellectual property of Prendoco unless otherwise stated.
Purchase grants a licence to use the Playbook. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Payment and Access
Access is provided following successful payment.
Prendoco reserves the right to update, improve, modify or replace content within the Playbook from time to time.
While reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access, Prendoco does not guarantee that access will be available indefinitely or without interruption.
No Legal Advice
The Playbook is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing within the Playbook constitutes legal advice, legal representation or professional advice.
Users must exercise their own professional judgement when applying any workflow, output or recommendation.
AI Outputs and Professional Responsibility
The Playbook incorporates workflows designed for use with artificial intelligence tools.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Users remain solely responsible for:
- Reviewing AI outputs.
- Validating information.
- Verifying sources and authorities.
- Exercising professional judgement.
- Making final decisions.
Prendoco does not accept responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.
Disclaimers
The Playbook is provided "as is" and "as available".
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prendoco disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose and non-infringement.
No guarantee is made regarding outcomes, efficiency gains, business results or professional performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prendoco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Playbook.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Prendoco's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for access to the Playbook.
Termination
Prendoco may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
Upon termination, the licence granted under these Terms will immediately cease.
Changes to These Terms
Prendoco may update these Terms from time to time.
The most current version will be made available within the Playbook.
Continued use of the Playbook following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
