The Playbook is licensed, not sold. Purchase grants a licence to use the materials, but ownership of the intellectual property remains with Prendoco.

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, republication and public sharing are prohibited unless Prendoco agrees otherwise in writing.

- Keep ownership notices intact
- Do not distribute the Playbook

Permitted Use
Subject to the applicable licence, purchasers may:
- Use the Playbook for their own professional work.
- Use the workflows within their own business or legal practice.
- Apply workflow outputs to client matters and internal projects.
- Print reasonable copies for personal use.
- Use the materials for internal learning and implementation.
Restricted Use
Without prior written permission from Prendoco, users may not:
- Share login credentials or access details.
- Distribute copies of the Playbook.
- Republish content from the Playbook.
- Resell or sublicense the Playbook.
- Upload materials to public repositories.
- Create competing products derived substantially from the Playbook.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Share workflow scripts or examples outside the scope of personal or internal use.
Intellectual Property
The following remain the intellectual property of Prendoco:
No ownership rights are transferred to purchasers.
Licence Revocation
Prendoco reserves the right to terminate access or revoke licences where these terms are breached.
